The location of this budget, friendly resort is perfect for those who want to conduct events smoothly on the lagoon. the resort is surrounded by wonderful tropical gardens, providing a close, to, nature experience. the rooms are clean and up, to, date, with luxurious amenities such as private pools and open bathrooms. the staff are friendly and helpful, making sure guests have a memorable stay. the breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious and fresh food, and the spa provides a variety of themed rooms for couples' treatments.
Some guests have mentioned that the butler service can be inconsistent, with initial attentiveness followed by a lack of communication.

Everything was clean and easy to access. The staff were always on hand and polite. The beach was never busy and was clean and easily accessible for swimming/snorkeling.
The price of drinks and food was too high, leaving what would have otherwise been just fond memories.

The resort had great water sports offerings and a beautiful beach. The food was of high quality and exceeded expectations. the staff was welcoming and kind.
The resort's butler service was inconsistent and pushy with soliciting good reviews. there were maintenance issues upon arrival that left a bad impression.

I surely had a wonderful time aside from a bit of unsettled climate but all in all fantastic.Staff were fine and very accommodating and Ms. Rainbow was surely a jewel so nice during our arrival departure and through out our stay to name one.
Many of junior staff in the resort need more training: the male house keeping staff should be trained to keep away from string at the female guests that we found very annoying number of times or looking into the rooms while cleaning the exterior areas.the F & B staff in the restaurants need more trainings in all aspects of services. Food qualities and varieties need drastic improvement to match the Hilton brand image. i was shocked one evening when one of the junior staff in the restaurant called my wife with her first name he had obtained when he introduced himself informing us that the buggy is waiting to take us to our villa!! Please improve on these issue as you have a real piece of paradise on earth as you claim as we would like to come back.

We had an exceptional time at this hotel, with luxurious and exclusive amenities that surpassed our expectations. the room advantages were outstanding, with a private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi available at our disposal. the staff's service was exceptional, with personalized attention and a Spa & wellness centre that offered the perfect retreat for relaxation. the restaurants served delicious food, with a variety of options for all tastes.
the prices were higher than expected, and there were limited options for drinks.

We were welcomed in very professional way , transferred from the airport to the Hilton lounge to wait for our flying boat. The lounge was excellent, clean, fulfills Islamic requirements. At the island , every couple had a staff member to lead us through the island. Our baggae were taken at the Airport and received in the room. Very clean, helpful, cooperative, delicious food, relaxing atmosphere.
1- the flight from airport to Hilton costs about 1100$ for a couple (return ticket). This information. Was not mentioned anywhere and it's expensive. It's a private company and not related to Hilton but important information as I consider it expensive. 2- only wired Internet in the rooms, this could be solved by a special portal to every room. 3- money value for everything in the island , for eating a meal 80-120$ per person, drinks, sports all expensive, massage and spa also. Reaching 200$ per person. Daily we were spending around 300-600$!!

Staff is well trained but lacks supervision. This caused frequent communication problems. Every answer is 'no problem' and 'within 15 minutes' but takes then up to 3 hours. With little children is this problematic. The hotel is in the lower season in august and closed simply the main à la carte restaurant Flavours and the next door located The Cellars. This could be a perfect getaway but it would need far better supervision. In the main restaurant at breakfast and at the poolside I've never seen one manager. The food quality was high but not properly served or combined.

We loved the cleanliness and hotel facilities, including the beautiful location by Nature. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at the Watersedge restaurant where we were given refreshments. We enjoyed the variety of activities on offer, which kept us entertained throughout our stay.
Nothing to fault. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is very romantic for honymooners. Rooms are spacious and very luxurious. Beaches are so beautifull. You can enjoy the white sand beach and during sunset. Snorkling safari is an excellent experiment. There are a lot of choices of food, cofee shops, great bars, reacreation services and relaxing spa. You can take the kanoe for free and enjoy the water. So many sports activites and private lessons.
Only minor observation which is the bugs, ants and lizzards. They can ruin your stay if your lovely wifey is so scared about these bugs.
